Holtzer-Cabot potbelly made for the Rawson Electric Company

It was not uncommon for telephone manufacturers to partner and allow private labeling on their telephones. With its fluted shaft, wooden potbelly and base, this desk set was made by the Holtzer-Cabot Telephone Company for the Rawson Electric Company. There is a metal tag on the base, marked transmitter and correct Holtzer-Cabot outside terminal receiver.  There are a few Rawson Electric Company wood wall phones out there but I've never seen another Rawson candlestick.
