Marked transmitter and marked Whitman & Couch outside terminal long pole receiver. Single button on the base. Please see the scan of an original 1899 ad. Even though this has a Whitman & Couch transmitter, it is identical to the Couch & Seeley No. 97 desk set in the advertisement.
